1. 1 kg chicken wing
2. 3/4 cup cornflour
3. 1/4 cup water
4. 2 tbsp saltless butter
5. 2 tbsp hot sauce
6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
7. Vegetable oil for frying

Pre-heat the oven at 250 °C.

Melt the butter in a pan. Then add hot sauce, red chilli powder, salt and pepper powder. Stir until everyone is well mixed.

Now heat oil 375°C. in a pan

Then combine corn flour, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Dip the chicken wings in it and then fry them for 10-15 minutes until crisp and brown.

Now remove these fried wings to the serving plate, pour the prepared sauce over it
